Personal Training sessions and programs are tailored for individuals fitness levels, goals and lifestyles. Dana trains in all modalities and can offer nutrition coaching and macro counting.
Each client will receive guidance on goal setting, biometric screening, and will be placed in a program to attain their personal goals. Dana infuses her personal experiences to encourage and guide clients on their fitness journey. Sessions are welcoming, motivating and are customized to work with an individuals needs and desires.
There are several ways to train with Dana. One on one, with a partner, in person at home, outside or in a gym facility, or online.
Nutrition Coach
Individual and small group nutrition and behavioral coaching available.
Learning how to eat properly within your lifestyle is key to success in any health journey.
Learn how to manage your own food intake using macronutrient guidelines and or other programs, and how to use food and activity journals to your advantage.
You will be given the tools to meet all of your goals as Dana guides you through goal setting and implementing as well as behavioral coaching.
Small Group Classes
Classes are taught weekly with a varying schedule and are open to any fitness level and any goal level. Modifications are always offered and encouraged, which makes all of the classes safe for any level of fitness or health.
Expect a warm, welcoming, family atmosphere where fun meets fitness.
No class is ever the same and can be anything from core training, Pilates, boot camps, kickboxing, dancing, MMA conditioning, sports specific, and many more.

Dana is a certified fascianation method practitioner and highly trained professional. She offers personal, small group and larger group rolling and fascia classes.

Human fascia is pervasive; it surrounds your muscles, arteries, veins, lymphatics, nerves, organs, brain, spinal cord, and bones.
